Youth Skills Development
IMI invests in demand-driven skills development initiatives to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and economic resilience among youth. Through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), digital literacy, and market-oriented skilled training, young people are equipped with practical skills aligned with labor market needs.
In addition, IMI provides capacity-building training and short courses for Government Organizations (GO), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to strengthen institutional capacity, promote effective development practices, and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
IMI also offers mentorship, career guidance, job placement support, business development services, and market linkage opportunities to enable youth and communities to access sustainable livelihoods and contribute to inclusive local economic growth.
