Partnerships & Capacity Building

IMI strengthens collaboration with government institutions, NGOs, private sector actors, academic institutions, and community-based organizations to enhance collective impact. We support capacity development of CSOs and CBOs in areas such as governance, project management, financial accountability, resource mobilization, and service delivery.

IMI also promotes consortium-based approaches and multi-stakeholder partnerships to improve coordination, efficiency, and sustainability of development and humanitarian interventions. Through training, mentorship, and institutional support, we aim to build strong local systems capable of delivering long-term results.
