Labor Rights

IMI promotes decent work and fair labor conditions, particularly for workers in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector and other informal industries. Our interventions focus on advocating for fair wages, occupational health and safety training, safe working environments, elimination of exploitation, and strengthening workers’ rights to organize and participate in unions. IMI also works to raise awareness on labor rights and support dialogue between workers, employers, and policy actors for improved workplace standards.
